Customer Service Representative
An exciting and immediate career opportunity is currently available at WFCU Credit Union for a Customer Service Representative.
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent service to our membership.
In summary, the Customer Service Representative will:
- Respond to external member inquiries in a timely, professional manner
- Provide quality service to WFCU Credit Union members
- Process basic over-the-counter financial transactions for our strictly business members such as deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, US transactions, money orders and more
- Complete miscellaneous administrative duties
The “must-have” skills and qualifications that we’re looking for are:
- At least 1-3 years prior experience in a customer service role in the financial services industry.
- Completed post-secondary education
- Excellent communication and customer service/sales skills
- Two to four years of cash handling experience
These additional skills are considered assets too:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills while working in a fast-paced environment
